The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Platform." By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Taklout operates as an e-commerce platform facilitating transactions between Buyers and Merchants. We do not own, manufacture, store, or inspect any items sold through our Platform.
All contractual terms, including pricing, taxes, shipping costs, and warranties, are agreed upon solely between Buyers and Merchants.
Taklout may provide support services to Merchants, such as order fulfillment and payment processing, but we are not responsible for product quality, availability, or fulfillment issues.
The details, including menus and pricing, are provided by the Merchants, and Taklout holds no liability for inaccuracies or discrepancies.
To use certain features of our services, users must create an account and provide accurate personal details, including name, phone number, and email.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Taklout takes reasonable measures to secure user data but shall not be held liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
Orders will be delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase.
Delivery time estimates provided at checkout are approximate and may vary due to merchant delays or other factors.
Users must provide accurate delivery details and be available to accept orders. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
Taklout reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, service limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers may cancel an order before it is processed, but refunds will be subject to the Merchant’s policy.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Taklout does not store users’ payment details.
If an order is canceled by Taklout or the Merchant, refunds will be issued per the Merchant’s refund policy and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Users must ensure they provide accurate payment details. Taklout shall not be liable for incorrect transactions caused by user errors.
Users agree not to:
Engage in fraudulent transactions, abuse promotions, or attempt to manipulate the Platform’s functionality.
Post misleading, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
Violate intellectual property rights or attempt to interfere with the security of the Platform.
In case of disputes, Taklout will mediate between Buyers and Merchants to find a reasonable resolution.
If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be settled as per the applicable laws and regulations.
Taklout is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform.
Our responsibility is limited to facilitating transactions; we do not guarantee product quality, merchant reliability, or delivery timeframes.
Taklout reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes implies acceptance.
